07. Warmth - Ill Tocco Delle Tue Mani ~ Just for Now ~
Montague's assassin draws his blade on Juliet, but before he can strike a young dark haired man appears on his Ryouma dropping between him and Juliet. He tells Juliet to stand and she does taking her sword at the same time. The rest of the assassin troop come up and with a simple declaration by the man that he'll take care of them he pulls out twin daggers from straps on his back and dispatches of them with speed and ease, but lets the head assassin run away but not without a warning that he must tell Montague that Vittolio and his family are dead. After the man runs away, the stranger addresses Juliet by her full name, but when Juliet asks in return who he is, he only gives her a name: Tybalt.
Romeo finds himself alone and a little bit depressed, in an intent to cheer him up Cielo takes him to the iris field in the Capulet cemetery and Romeo notices how all the graves have had their names destroyed to make them identifiable. Because of this Romeo finally connects all the dots about Juliet's identity and goes to his mother to affirmed his suspicions. Portia seems reluctant to tell him the name of the Capulet's daughter, but gives in after Romeo tells her he can't forget about her even if his mother asks.
Vittolio and his family are taken to a safe-house where Francisco tells them that they are doing what they can to revive the Capulet House and allows Juliet to show herself to them. Benvolio comments on how Juliet is the Daughter of the tyrant who oppressed the people, but is quickly corrected by Francisco who reveals there's almost no people left that know the real truth. Vittolio tells Benvolio that what Francisco says is the truth and that the real tyrant is Montague. The Valdino's settled somewhat in the safe-house, Vittolio is happy to see Conrad is still alive and together they discuss Tybalt. Meanwhile Benvolio tries to help around the house but just ends up getting on Cordelia's nerves when he is dumbfounded by a broom.
That same day is the festival of Flowers where the doors to the nobles area is open to everyone and where people give flowers to the one they love and confess their feelings. Romeo watches the festival from a distance when Hermione interrupts him and requests of him to share the fireworks sow together to which romeo can't find a reason to decline. Juliet (as Odin) is dragged to the festival by Emilia who quickly ditches her when she finds a date for the evening. Juliet wanders the festival by herself picking a couple of irises on the way and while twiddling them in her hands she accidently drops them and they fall on romeo who was walking by. Romeo sees Juliet and calls out to her, but Juliet decides to run and Romeo follows her determined to catch her. Romeo is persistent not letting anything stop him, even after he looses her he doesn't' give up. Night falls and Juliet rest on a small bridge exhausted and hurting when Romeo suddenly stumbles upon her, she tries to run away again but romeo grabs her hand and pulls her to him holding her close even through her struggles and finally kisses her for the first time as fireworks explode in the sky. Juliet gives in the kiss soon and when they finally break apart Romeo gives her the flowers she had dropped not simply returning them but following the custom of flower festival.
