Submit?
If you've got a fanart, fanfiction, fanvideo or would like to submit a work Romeo x Juliet related, please follow the following steps.
- Contact us : staff @ romeoxjuliet.org with subject : Fan(type of work) submission (I.E: Fanart sumbission)
- You must be the author/artist of the submitted work.
- Attach your file on the message and add your author/credit name, email and webpage if any, so we can give you proper credit.
- Files type allowed :
- Icons/Avatars : JPG, GIF; size 100x100 px.
- Wallpapers : JPG; resolutions: any existing (IE: 800x600, 1024x768, etc..).
- Fanarts : JPG, GIF, PNG.
- Fanfiction : HTML, RTF, TXT.
- AMV : must be up on YouTube or similar.
- Layouts : must be HTMTL & CSS valid; Winzip compressed.
- If you wish to submit various works send one emails if and only if all works fall under the same category (IE: various fanfictions)
- If not, then please send separated emails. (IE: fanart works in one message, then fanficiton in another). This is to help us filtering messages as probably different staffer will handle each category.
- Submitted material should be up within 2 weeks so please, do not resubmit before that time, thanks ^_^!
